The main board to my PC died and I didn't know what to do. I am a small business owner who relies heavily on his computer. It was the Sunday of a long weekend. So I called Rob (late at night if I remember). Even though he was in the middle of moving that weekend he took the time to get my computer, put the hard drive into a new tower I provided, installed a new power supply, and checked to make sure I could access all of the files I needed.
If he had not been there and willing to go out of his way for me I probably would have had to buy a new computer a couple of days (and a couple of thousand dollars) later. Then I would have had to reinstall all of my software, update it, etc before I could start back to work as usual. For less than $100.00 he saved me thousands and I was back at work within 24 hours of when I first called him.
I would have expected to be charged a premium for his services and would have gladly paid it in that position, but he didn't.
I would recommend Right-Click Compu Repair to anyone needing professional computer repair services and I plan on nominating Rob for a Sterling Award this year.
