We realize that unplugging, carrying and then re-installing your computer yourself can be a drag. We are happy to help You by coming to You at no charge ( Nanaimo area - Other location, please call ), at any time convenient for you.
Furthermore, any computer repaired in our shop will receive a complementary dusting which could extend your unit's life. Indeed, dust built-up insulates and traps heat, slows down air circulation, clogs ventilation grills and slows down ventilation fans, damaging the CPU and other components.
Rush Service
In a hurry? Got a deadline to meet? Just impatient? we normally service all equipment on a first-come first-served basis, but we understand that from time to time, certain situations require special attention. This is why, for our regular rate billed at time-and-a-half, we will drop everything and get you up and running again as fast as is possible.
